On the completion of the courses the students can:
CO 1. To study the dialectical varieties of the Marathi Language.
CO 2. To acquire the knowledge of communication skills of Marathi Language through essays, letters, etc.
CO 3. To study and classify the basic literary forms and aesthetic sense in Marathi Literature.
CO 4. To study the humanistic, ethical, environmental sustainable and cross-cutting issues from the Marathi and Marathi Literature.
CO 5. To know and understand the aesthetics of the Marathi language and Marathi Literature.
CO 6. To develop an interest and attitude in Mass media and Grammar.
CO 7. To know and understand Rural Literature and Saint Literature in Marathi.
On the completion of B.A. Marathi and Marathi Literature the students can:

PSO 1: To understand the historical background definitions and scope of Marathi Literature from the begging to after Independence and social worker’s literature.
PSO 2: To know the relationships between modern poetry and Mahanubhav sects to Sant Sahitya (Saint Literature).
PSO 3: To understand and evaluate Lavani, the nature of Ballads, various approaches in poetry and Folk literature like realism, feminism, Gandhism, Marxism and Phonology.
PSO 4: To apply literary criticism i.e. in socialism, feminism, psychoanalytical, etc.
PSO 5: To analyze folk and saint literature.
PSO 6: To know the revolution of Printing Press and its applications in professional jobs.
PSO 7: To understand the concept of biography and autobiography.
