Shriram Kala MahilaMahavidyalaya, Dhanamgaon Rly does not only run regular courses of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati for the women in the concerning areas but it also runs distance education courses for the benefits of the economically weaker section of the society. It caters to men and women, minor communities, servicemen and servicewomen. The institute establishes the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University study Centre from the year 2014-15. It caters to those students in the areas, who could not complete their further education due to family problems or other reasons. From its establishment, it got its aim and objects with the response of the students. The Study Centre runs Preparatory, B.A. (Marathi Medium) and B.A.(Urdu Medium) programmes.

The aims and Objects :

To provide the platform to the students, who have lost opportunities for getting an education.
To run such courses which are useful to the minor communities.
To create awareness of the environment and eco-friendly relation through the courses.
To develop their all over personalities by their participation in the teaching and learning process and other activities.
To bring them in the waves of the education.
To make them liable to serve the society and nation by feeding them the knowledge of gender equality, environmental sustainability.

The Study Centre provides online facilities to the students to fill up the admission form.
It has well –qualified experienced counsellors to counselling the students
ICT teaching facilities are available.
It arranges a workshop for the students before the commencement of the exam.
